Our floor plans are also characterised by the fact that versatile spaces and \u2018spare capacity\u2019 are factored in from the outset; the need for this, particularly in smaller apartments, has been confirmed not least by the experiences of the pandemic. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
A well-designed basic layout for the flat expands the range of possible uses: sliding walls ensure a high degree of flexibility and quick adaptability. This allows residents to actively shape the \u2018dynamics of interaction\u2019 within their home.
